Veal Ribs with Fayrouz Pineapple & Potatoes


1 k veal ribs
1 K potatoes, peeled
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbs dry cumin
½ bunch of fresh mint, shredded
4 lemons, peeled & shredded
½ cup Fayrouz Pineapple
3 tbs oil
Salt & pepper


Boil potatoes in water
Marinate ribs in Fayrouz, cumin, garlic, salt & pepper for 30 minutes
Heat oil in pan and add cumin and garlic. Fry till golden than add the marinated ribs
After frying on both sides, remove from heat; top with lemon and mint mix + boiled potatoes
Cook in moderately hot oven for 30 minutes
Serve hot
