Meat with Fayrouz Apple & Potato Stew


1 kilo veal fillet
4 medium potatoes, cut in cubes
2 green onions + 1 red onion, shredded
3 pieces of broccoli, cut in piece and steamed
2 green bell peppers, cut in cubes
½ cup Fayrpuz Apple
Bunsh of fresh coriander, shredded
4 tbs oil
Olive oil
1 cube chicken stock
2 tbs corn starch


Fry onions in oil then add potatoes, Fayrouz, bell pepper, coriander and salt
Add the fillets to the mix and cook on low heat
Dissolve stock in some warm water and add some Fayrouz Apple.
Add the stock mix the veal and potato mix and leave to cook
At serving, garnish with steamed broccoli
