Lentil Soup with Fayrouz Pomegranate


1 cup yellow lentils
½ kilo meat cubes
2 carrots, diced
1 onion, diced
3 egg yolks
4 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
Juice of 2 lemons
½ cup Fayrouz Pomegranate
2 cups water
Salt & pepper


Boil lentils in water and Fayrouz Pomegranate with meat, carrots, onions, salt & pepper and spices. Leave for 45 minutes to boil.
Mix flour in 1 melted tbs of butter till thick. Add to soup mix for texture while continuously mixing to avoid bumps.
Beat egg yolks in small bowl with lemon juice. Add to soup mix. Remove mix from heat.
Before serving, fry paprika in butter and add on top of every serving plate
