Grilled Chicken with herbs & Fayrouz Pomegranate
1 kilo chicken breasts
½ cup Fayrouz Pomegranate
1 small cup Pomegranate molasses
¼ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbs parsley, chopped
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp sage
Salt & pepper
Marinate chicken in Fayrouz Pomegranate, Pomegranate molasses and salt & pepper.
Mix parsley, oregano, sage, garlic and olive oil. Add to chicken marinade. Leave to marinate overnight.
Arrange marinated chicken in oven proof dish and cover with aluminium foil. Cook in moderate oven for 40minutes or until cooked.
