Fayrouz Pineapple Snow White


Fayrouz Pineapple
Monin Coconut Syrup
Pineapple juice
lemon juice
sugar syrup
Gumbo Coconut Flakes
Maraschino Cherries

(If made in a jar or milk bottle add a Christmas trick to it and tie a mini Christmas bubble around the top of the bottle/jar.)

For an average 300ml glass use the following quantities:
25 ml of Monin Coconut Syrup
80 ml Pineapple Juice (fresh is best)
5 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
30 ml Cream
30 ml Full Fat Milk
Top with Fayrouz Pineapple
Garnish with coconut flakes and a pickled cherry


In aglass or jug add all ingredients, stir, and add more ice, layer Fayrouz Pomegranate, garnish with coco flakes and a cherry
